What customers say
“Frank over at Empire Collision got my car right after getting hit by a rogue shopping cart. I don't know how he did it but USAA fought us at all points and sent me to a shop that estimated $182 in damages when it in fact, wasn't. Frank had a quick turn around within a week to get my car fixed. This is the 4th time I go back for my own personal vehicles. My family and I will only send our cars here. 100% always recommend”
“I had a great experience at Empire Collision Center. The team was very professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They did an amazing job on my vehicle, it looks like new again. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. They made everything easy and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about their work and their customers.”
“Empire Collision Center is a great choice for your vehicle. I wouldn't trust my Benz with anyone else. Very responsive and timely. Carlos is amazing. He's friendly and this process was nice and easy.”
